Imagine Imagine Intelligence

Terms of Service

Last updated October 28, 2026

01

The service

Imagine Intelligence ("Imagine", "we", "us") is an agent that joins your meetings โ€” Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams โ€” and turns them into a visual world you can revisit. It also includes a creative canvas. These terms cover the website at www.imaginei.ai, the app at /app, and our APIs. By using Imagine you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Imagine.

02

Your account

03

Meetings, recording and consent

When you add the Imagine agent to a call, it appears in the meeting as a participant and listens so that it can draw the world and answer questions asked in the call.

04

Connecting your calendar

Connect Calendar is optional. If you turn it on, you give Imagine read-only access to your Google Calendar events through the scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events.readonly, and you authorise us to read each upcoming event's title, start and end times, and conference join link, for one purpose only: joining the meeting you asked us to join, at its start time. We make no changes to your calendar. You can disconnect at any time in the app or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Our use of data from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. See our Privacy Policy for detail.

05

Acceptable use

Please do not:

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, and we may remove content that does.

06

Your content and ours

What you bring to Imagine, and the worlds and artwork you make with it, stay yours. You give us the limited licence we need to run the service: to store your content, process it with the providers listed in our Privacy Policy, show it back to you, and share it with the people you share a link with. Imagine, its name, its software and its design stay ours.

Generated output is produced by AI models and can be wrong, incomplete or oddly drawn. Check anything that matters before relying on it. In particular, do not treat what Imagine draws or says as legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.

07

Credits, plans and payment

08

Availability and changes

Imagine is a young product under active development. Features may change, move or be withdrawn, and the service may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We do not promise a particular level of uptime. If we make a change that materially reduces a paid feature you rely on, we will tell you.

09

Ending it

You can stop using Imagine at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing privacy@imagine-lab.tech. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, or if we have to in order to protect the service or other people. If we close your account without cause, we will refund the unused part of any prepayment.

10

Disclaimers and liability

Imagine is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, lost revenue or lost data; and our total liability for any claim relating to Imagine is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or US$50. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts sitting in Pennsylvania have exclusive jurisdiction. Before filing anything, please email us โ€” most problems are quicker to fix that way.

12

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a material way, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where it matters, tell you in the app or by email. Continued use after a change means the new terms apply to that use. Questions: privacy@imagine-lab.tech.
